Join me as I take a look at the often forgotten FIRST Resident Evil game played in a first-person perspective, before Resident Evil 7: Biohazard we had Resident Evil: Survivor…

Was it any good? Is it terrible? Will the voice actor have a voice that can be endlessly made fun of? Let’s find out.

Original air date: Apr 23, 2014

Time Cop? More like Time to play something else… ergh.

This game is absolute balls and easily one of the worst pieces of crap I’ve ever had the misfortune of playing.

I’m not sure what’s up with that ending though, my head feels a little fuzzy.

Tikipod Ltd are back with a brand new arcade style title, bringing a similar style of gameplay as Smash TV as well as implementing Roguelike & RPG elements.

But does the combination work or will this mish-mash of styles merely hold the game back?

Iron Crypticle is currently available on Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC.

Welcome back to Nostalgia Trip!

This week I’ll be taking a look at Mercs for the SEGA Mega Drive. This was the only the third game I ever played for my beloved Mega Drive, but is my enjoyed completely clouded by nostalgia? Or is is actually a genuinely fun romp? Let’s take a look.

When you’re at a friend’s wedding and the groom gives a game to you and asks you to review it for them, what are you to say? No? Go kill yourself? Of course not, it’s their big day… However after actually playing this I might decide one of the less… polite responses. I’m certain this game is from hell, literal hell.

Been a while hasn’t it? Of course I couldn’t actually play a game I liked, god-FUCKING-forbid that…

Today we’re going to take a look at Spiderman & X-Men: Arcade’s Revenge, a game that I rented around the same time as Time Cop. So obviously quality is assured? And it couldn’t be as bad as Time Cop could it?… the Answer is no it isn’t, but it’s still fucking horrible.

Welcome to the first (and hopefully not last) episode of the Nostalgia Trip, a short miniseries/side project. This will allow me to produce more content quickly in between my longer reviews.

In this series I’ll look at some games from my youth and determine whether my enjoyment stems from nostalgia, or whether they’re actually… ya know… good!

First up is a game I’m rather fond of from my childhood, but does it hold up well? Or am I just being clouded by the mist of nostalgia?

As 2015 draws to a close I thought what better way to celebrate than by talking about a particular horror series I’ve always been rather fond of. I am, of cource, referring to the SPLATTERHOUSE series!

You didn’t think you could get rid of me that easily did you?

Tuesday September 1st saw the release of Mad Max on Xbox One, PS4 and PC and I’m excited as all hell, and with Metal Gear Solid V being released the same day you have a stacked week of gaming. So before playing Mad Max I thought it would be interesting to look at some earlier Mad Max games from back in the day. Are they any good? HAHAHAH-what do you think? Did I mention Mad Max? MAX MAX MAX MAX MAX.
